MOUNTAINEERING COURSE IN THE VANOISE

Experience the extraordinary and preserved mountain area that offers you the most beautiful panoramas of the French Alps

Initiation or improvement

Program:
Day 1 : Meeting trainees then departure to rock climbing area and rope operation (le Crôt)

Day 2 : Day excursion on a glacier, training of the techniques of progression on a glacier. (Traversière summit- 3350m)

Day 3 : Morning: small rock climbing with several pitches. (Séloge cliff face) Afternoon: ascent to refuge. (Robert Blanc Refuge)

Day 4 : Summit from the refuge. (Dome of the Glaciers - 3592 m or Small Needle of the Glaciers - 3468 m)

Day5 : Either: high altitude mountaineering or multi pitches rock climbing or snow route (Edge of Franchet or Oeillasses or Mont Pourri)

Remarks:
The program is given as a rough guide and can be subject to modifications because of the meteorological conditions.

Price :
On a basis of 2 people: 725 euros /person
On a basis of 3 people: 615 euros/ person
On a basis of 4 people: 615 euros/ person

The price include:
Guidance and instruction by a fully qualified high mountain guide, the loan of harnesses, helmets, ropes and carabineers, ice axes and crampons.

The price does not include:
Compulsory insurance covering mountain rescue (possibility of subscribing to an insurance at the ANCEF for 15.5 euros/year. see CHART PASSPORT MOUNTAIN at: www.ancef.com ) shoes, midday meals, personal drinks and other expendituresrefuge expenses and ski lift passes
